The Los Angeles Pantry Coordinator contributes to AHF by ensuring the efficient operation of food distributions in Los Angeles and San Diego. This role is vital in coordinating volunteers, managing event logistics, and maintaining operational systems to support the Food for Health program’s mission of addressing food insecurity and promoting health and wellness.
The Los Angeles Pantry Coordinator enhances the reputation of AHF by upholding high standards of service delivery, ensuring seamless coordination of food distributions, and creating a positive experience for clients and volunteers. This position demonstrates AHF’s commitment to serving vulnerable populations with professionalism and compassion.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
The Los Angeles Food Pantry Coordinator will work as a part of a close-knit team to ensure the smooth execution of approximately 27 food distributions monthly in Southern California. This includes coordinating volunteers, managing supply orders, and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency, while aligning with AHF’s mission and core values.
