We are looking for a sharp Service Coordinator to join our team. Stable company with family oriented environment. This Service Writer/Dispatcher will communicate directly and work closely with the Service department, technicians, and customers regarding pending, ongoing, and completed service jobs.
Duties include:
– Initiating services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested.
– Verifying warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport and records.
– Developing estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor.
– Auditing MSP work orders for last labor date and communicate to customers about current ongoing repairs.
– Serving as an assistant in the department to help with tasks that require further updating or managing in multiple systems.
– Assisting in processing warranty and fleet packets.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of service experience in material handling, automotive, or heavy machinery industries
Must maintain the highest standards in safety practices and policies.
Computer proficiency and experience with Excel and Word required.
Communication skills, both oral and written, must be above average.
Must have excellent attention to detail and follow through on jobs.
Technical, leadership and service experience preferred.
