  • Company specializes in Car accidents, Pedestrian accidents, Bicycle accidents, Motorcycle accidents, Truck accidents, Slip and fall accidents, Workman’s comp, SSDI, Dog bites and DUI victims

Company is looking for someone from a medium to large size firm

**Must have experience in Personal Injury Law and Previous Management Experience**

  • Title: Legal Administrator (Bilingual is a plus)
  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Pay: $75k – $130k (DOE)
  • Location: Las Vegas, NV 89102 (In Office Only)
  • Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm and occasional overtime
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Report To: Director of Operations & Managing Attorney

IMPORTANT POINTS:

  • Company open to relocation: amount to be determined
  • Sign on bonus: amount subject to candidate experience
  • Open to an Attorney or Associate Attorney who has experience managing a staff
  • Annual reviews

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous management experience (no exceptions)
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the personal injury field of law
  • Experience and understanding of how to disburse plaintiff personal injury files
  • Familiar with Med-Pay and dealing with the settlement breakdowns and percentages
  • Have knowledge of law firm policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of personal injury case management
  • Knowledge of file management
  • Experience in the pre-litigation settlement process
  • Skilled at working closely with senior attorneys and staff

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Around 50 employees in the office
•Overseeing the Legal Assistants of a high-volume personal injury law firm roughly 10- 20 employees
•Disburse plaintiff personal injury files
•Familiar with Med-Pay and dealing with the settlement breakdowns and percentages
•Integrate within any department that needs leadership
•Provide direction and feedback to staff
•Monitor their process towards set goals and objectives
•Able to integrate themselves within any department that needs leadership

•Can work in a demanding environment
•Ability to work under pressure
•Energetic and upbeat individual
•Accustomed to a fast-paced environment
•Must be driven
•Have a strong work ethic
•Excellent verbal & written communication skills
•Must be able to work in a team environment

COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS:
•Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel
•Tech Savvy (pick up on new software’s easily)
