Are you a skilled accountant with fluency in Korean? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and bilingual Korean-Speaking Accountant to join our team and help manage our financial operations. If you have a passion for numbers and are eager to use your language skills in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

General Ledger Management: Oversee daily accounting operations, including posting journal entries and managing balance sheet reconciliations in both English and Korean.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in both languages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
Account Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and balance sheet account analysis.
Cross-functional Communication: Collaborate with Korean-speaking stakeholders and partners to ensure clear financial communication and accurate reporting.
Tax & Compliance Support: Assist in preparing and filing tax-related documents for both domestic and international needs.
Audit Support: Support both internal and external audit processes, providing necessary financial documentation in both English and Korean.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to streamline financial processes and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in Korean and English (both written and spoken) is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance, with international experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations (knowledge of Korean accounting standards is a plus).
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP systems, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English.
