We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Admin to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and billing statements accurately and on time.
  • Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Process payments and track outstanding balances.
  • Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and disputes with clients or vendors.
  • Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and provide necessary support.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper billing procedures are followed.
  • Assist in generating financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements related to billing and financial transactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or clerical administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and billing software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical demands:

  • Office setting with standard business hours.
  • May require occasional extended hours to meet deadlines.
  • Interaction with internal teams and external clients.
