Company within the Cremation services industry is looking to hire MULTIPLE Front Desk Coordinator’s

Location – Westlake Village, CA 91362
Expected duration of assignment – Ongoing temporary role
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm
Job Duties:
-First point of contact, greet guests and direct to appropriate staff member
-Answering phones, scheduling appointments, make daily schedules, logs, and lists
-Filing, faxing, printing, scanning and photocopying paperwork
-Customer service over the phone, in person and via email, (collecting information, taking messages and directing customers accordingly)
-Perform data entry of client intake information
-Monitor and maintain office equipment
-Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
-Prepare correspondence and documents
-Receive and sort mail and deliveries
-Control inventory relevant to reception area
-Tidy and maintain the reception area
-Other duties as assigned by management
Skills:
-Strong administrative/office background
-Empathy, sympathy, and compassion
-Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Attention to detail, reliable and punctual -Interpersonal skills including tact, patience, and diplomacy
