Logistics company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to executive.
Compose and edit correspondence, including letters, memoranda, reports, and presentations.
Manage executive schedules, including diary management, meeting scheduling, appointment setting, and travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact between related companies, executives, and internal/external clients.
Assist in budget consolidation processes.
Take dictation, transcribe minutes, and accurately enter data.
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.
Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Interpret and follow oral and written instructions with precision.
Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
3+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level secretarial role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and other relevant software applications.
Bilingual Mandarin or Japanese is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and proofreading abilities.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
