This position will report on all financial dealings with the Colorado facility. ERP/MRP is required as it will be used daily. Responsible for accurately recording and maintaining a financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting duties. Process invoices and bills from vendors, verifying their accuracy, and preparing payment requests. Data entry tasks related to financial transactions, including entering and updating financial records and generating reports. Assist with financial audits by providing documentation and financial records as required. Creating/Running reports through Excel. Assist in the processing of AP invoices and payments including coding, filing, data entry, and mailing checks.
Scan and store documents into document management systems or databases.
Maintain relationships with vendors and respond to payment requests with payment information. Daily process of invoicing & adjustment finalizing the sales order.
Mail, scan, or email system invoices to customer. Prepare and process all cash deposits as directed. Research and processes customer claims.
Answer accounts receivable and payable inquires. Balance and record monthly bank statement. Contacts customers to bring accounts up to date. Update daily banking spreadsheet. Reconcile monthly credit card statement, reconciliations & journal detail. Researches any variances or unmatchable transactions during credit card reconciliation & send necessary follow ups to identify & correct the issues.
Responsible for putting together journal entries as needed for customer adjustments.
