We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Pasadena, CA. In this role, you will oversee the daily accounting operations, manage a small team, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency in accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor accounting staff
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations
Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and audits
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field highly preferred
5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of GAAP, Excel, and accounting software
