We are seeking dedicated and skilled Class A Truck Drivers to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires experience in operating different types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, roll-off trucks, and bobtails. A commitment to maintaining safety standards and ensuring timely deliveries is essential. Responsibilities Safely operate various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, , roll-off trucks, and bobtails. Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations. Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues on the road. Adhere to safety protocols at all times while driving and handling cargo. Deliver fresh produce to important clients within a 130-150 mile radius. Qualifications Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) (Class A ) with a clean driving record. Proven experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of route driving techniques. Familiarity with operating various truck types such as refrigerated trailers, and bobtails is preferred. Ability to load and unload cargo efficiently; electric pallet jack experience is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
