Seeking a Bilingual Spanish Warehouse Supervisor for a direct hire position with a well known organization in the Logistics industry.
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90023
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually
Reports to: Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and help lead a dynamic warehouse environment. In this role, you will oversee 15-20 staff members, while also being hands-on and actively involved in completing day-to-day tasks alongside your team. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of 15-20 warehouse staff members, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Lead by example, being actively involved in picking, packing, and other tasks alongside your team.
Ensure all warehouse operations comply with food-grade standards and safety regulations.
Collaborate with departments such as customer service, billing, and operations to meet business objectives.
Maintain a high level of organization, cleanliness, and adherence to food-grade requirements.
Train, coach, and motivate staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
Troubleshoot operational issues, offering solutions while ensuring minimal disruption to work flows.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
Previous experience in warehouse operations and team leadership.
Strong hands-on picking experience in a warehouse environment.
Ability to lead and motivate a team while also performing tasks alongside them.
In-depth knowledge of food-grade standards and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a bilingual setting.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as customer service, billing, and operations.
