Banking Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the bank’s operational functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves processing transactions, managing accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle wire transfers, ACH processing, and exception item processing.
-Provide support for branch operations, including reception and backup for systems administration.
-Ensure compliance with all bank policies, state, and federal regulations.
-Assist with fraud detection and mitigation.
-Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on various financial metrics.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
-2+ years of experience in banking operations or a related field.
-Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in banking software and financial modeling tools.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
-Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
