As Solar Roof Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for our customers throughout their solar journey. Your role includes:

  • Guiding customers through the Solar Roof installation process, from contract to completion.
  • Answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Scheduling inspections, coordinating with utility companies, and ensuring timely project closeouts.
  • Tracking project updates and proactively communicating next steps.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (sales, project managers, and technicians) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Resolving issues related to installations, warranties, and post-installation support.

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer service professional with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience in solar, construction, or home improvement industries is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills—multitasking is second nature to you.
  • Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Passion for clean energy and sustainability.
