Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Korean-speaking Bilingual Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team. This individual will play an integral role in supporting our legal team by providing administrative and legal assistance while ensuring smooth communication with our Korean-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with case preparation, research, and document drafting.
Translate legal documents and correspondence between English and Korean, ensuring accuracy and legal relevance.
Communicate with Korean-speaking clients to collect case information, provide updates, and answer inquiries.
Manage client files, ensuring all documents are up to date and properly organized.
Prepare, file, and manage legal forms, pleadings, and other court documents.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, hearings, and appointments.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold legal ethics in all tasks.
Perform general office administrative duties, including maintaining calendars, coordinating travel, and answering phones.
Provide support for trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing witness lists.
Qualifications:

Proven fluency in both English and Korean (spoken and written) is required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Paralegal certification or relevant legal training is a plus.
Prior experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or similar role preferred.
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
