Compensation Range: $104,000 – $121,000 (based on experience)
Basic Job Functions:
- Assisting with journal entries
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Assisting team with audit preparations.
- Contributing to the development of accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Performing other accounting duties as required or assigned.
- Organize and update financial records.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations; month-end closing.
- Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Department.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- ERP experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, analytical ability, and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in accounting for a manufacturing company.
- MBA, or related higher education, a plus.
