Project Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Product Owner to lead the development and launch of a new fraud and claims product. This cross-functional role requires a proactive leader who can step in immediately, drive Agile methodologies, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership: Act as a strategic leader for Scrum teams, providing direction and facilitating problem-solving.
Test-Driven Development (TDD): Coach the team on TDD best practices and implementation.
Regulatory Compliance: Assist with managing and resolving regulatory MRA (Matters Requiring Attention).
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Apply Agile and Scrum practices tailored to the organization’s framework.
Data Pipeline Expertise: Understand data pipelines and hydration capabilities to support data transformation and loading.
Executive Reporting: Develop and present updates, reports, and PowerPoint presentations for leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Agile & Scrum Expertise: Proven experience as an Agile and/or Scrum Product Owner, with a strong understanding of TDD.
Regulatory & Product Development: Demonstrated ability to launch brand-new regulated products.
Communication & Leadership: Strong presentation skills with experience creating leadership-level PowerPoint reports.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with data pipelines, transformation, and loading processes.
Technical Tools & Software
Agile & Project Management: Atlassian Confluence, Jira, ALM Octane (new testing software for artifacts).
Version Control & Collaboration: GitHub, SharePoint, MS Teams.
