Job Title: Mailroom Associate
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Indianapolis IN
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Mailroom Associate. This position supports mailroom operations and print shop activities. Responsibilities include receiving and distributing mail, handling outgoing shipments, maintaining office equipment, and assisting with print production tasks such as binding, booklet-making, and kitting.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Pay rate: $20/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail twice daily.
  • Collect outgoing mail and prepare shipments.
  • Operate and maintain office and print shop equipment (scanners, printers, cutters, etc.).
  • Perform finishing tasks such as cutting, binding, folding, and assembling kits for distribution.
  • Use a computer to scan, name, and save files.
  • Maintain paper stock and clear equipment jams

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Prior mailroom or copy/print shop experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license required for potential conversion to a permanent role.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (scanning, file management).
  • Ability to operate office and print shop equipment.
  • Good mathematical and filing skills.
