Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Hospitality Services Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for opening the office by 8 AM, setting up the Nespresso machine, and preparing hospitality services, including hot and cold beverage setups for meetings throughout the day. Additional duties include ordering meals for upcoming meetings, monitoring emails for updates on meal and copy/print requests, and ensuring pantry and Nespresso supplies are restocked as needed. The role also involves organizing and preparing for scheduled meetings, setting up visitor nameplates and mobile drawers per the calendar, and unpacking inventory supplies (must be able to lift 40-50 lbs).

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Pay rate: $20/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Open the office and set up hospitality services (hot/cold beverages, Nespresso machine, meeting refreshments).
  • Order and manage meals for meetings as needed.
  • Monitor emails for service requests (copy/print, meal changes, supply orders).
  • Restock pantry and Nespresso supplies throughout the day.
  • Prepare for upcoming meetings, including setting up visitor nameplates and mobile drawers.
  • Unpack and organize inventory (must lift 40-50 lbs).
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of hospitality or office experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Basic computer and office equipment proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
