Orange, CA: The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, analyzing costs, and providing accurate cost estimates for construction projects. This candidate MUST have strong analytical skills, ability to work well with project managers, customers, internal employees etc.

Review project plans, Prepare and submit detailed cost breakdowns, Analyze data and trends to forecasting, Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions, Ensure estimates are submitted in a timely manner.

Ideal candidate will have: minimum 3 years estimating experience, Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

100% in-office position
