Well-known company in the cremation services industry (funeral industry) is looking to hire Front Desk Coordinator’s to start ASAP
(MUST BE OKAY WORKING IN THIS SYMPATHY AND EMPATHY DRIVEN ENVIORNMENT)
This position requires a strong front desk, operations, office manager, administrative, and/or customer service (office setting) background, with an ability to work calmly under pressure and multitask.
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm
JOB DUTIES
-Answering phones, scheduling appointments, make daily schedules, logs and lists
-Greeting customer’s, setting appointments
-Assisting grieving families with basic information and assisting funeral arrangers with day to day task
-Receive incoming calls and assist callers
-Using FAQ/Talking Points doc that will be provided, direct calls to appropriate team members
-Filing, faxing, printing, scanning and photocopying paperwork
-Customer service over the phone, in person and via email, (collecting information taking messages and directing customers accordingly)
-Perform data entry, receive items, and mail out items
-Enter client data into the computer, crate client filed, delete client files
-Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
-Update calendars and schedule meetings
SKILLS:
-Empathy, sympathy, and compassion
-Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Attention to detail, reliable and punctual
-Interpersonal skills including tact, patience, and diplomacy
EDUCATION:
-Minimum High School diploma
