A Client Care Specialist (CCS2) contributes to AHF by presenting a friendly, helpful face to patients seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in our Wellness Clinics.

A CCS2 enhances the reputation of AHF by providing courteous, confidential, and professional support to clients within wellness programs.

You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.

To be successful as a CCS2 it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The CCS2 will work as a part of a close-knit team to provide the best possible care- adapting to various situations with ease and flexibility.

Licenses and Certifications: California Phlebotomy Technician I license required, California Driver’s License perferred
