Personal Injury Law Firm – located in Century City is looking to hire a Bilingual Spanish Paralegal. This position is Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm and would require you to be onsite. Salary range is: 80-115K
DUTIES: Must have 1-2 years’ experience, specifically in Discovery. Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role; along with experience working for a Person Injury Law Firm. Knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Propound and respond to discovery; calendar and manage court deadlines; prepare documents for filing with the court. Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients, experts and defense counsel in an effective and courteous manner. Maintain and update Filevine; manage attorney calendar; notice and schedule appointments, hearings, depositions, etc. with clients, court reporters/videographers, interpreters, etc. Assist in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and trial support.
