We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage the full order lifecycle from A to Z. This individual will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience—from order entry and tracking to resolution and follow-up. The ideal candidate must come from a manufacturing or distribution background, with a strong preference for experience in print, apparel, or promotional products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Accurately enter, update, and track customer orders from initiation through delivery.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, pricing, availability, and lead times.
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipment issues, and billing concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, complaints, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, shipping, sales) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, adjustments, or claim resolutions.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and credits by verifying invoices and coordinating logistics.
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution is required.
- Industry background in print, apparel, or promotional products is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with customer service/order management platforms (ERP/CRM systems a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
