This Accounts Receivable Analyst Position Features:

- Hours: 9-5PM
- Pay $26-$28/hr.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including the collection of outstanding payments and resolution of account discrepancies. You will regularly analyze aged receivables, follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, and fax, and ensure timely and accurate posting of payments and transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Excel (VLOOKUP), excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities also include maintaining up-to-date customer records, reviewing invoices and credit applications, and assisting with monthly billing statements. A high level of organization, independence, and professionalism is essential for success in this role. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
