Administrative and HR Assistant – Bilingual Mandarin
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- At least 1-2 years in HR or Admin related roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Mandarin speaker; reading & writing is a plus
Admin Duties:
- Perform front desk duties, including greeting and directing visitors, and managing incoming calls.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Manage, track, purchase, and keep inventory of office supplies, including but not limited to stationery, cleaning supplies, toiletries, coffee & tea etc.
- Coordinate for building repairs/maintenance.
- Process payments for facility bills and departmental supply requests.
- Issue internal purchase order per AE statement for regular office facilities bills.
- Product item set ups.
- Update company phone list.
HR Duties:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Under supervision handle employee relations, such as complaints, health insurance, badge access etc.
- Maintain employee record and compliance with employment regulations.
- Company event planning.
- Employee birthday greeting and gift card.
