Stable company needs a detail-oriented Accounts Payable associate with over 3 years of experience and a degree in accounting to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Responsibilities:
Process high-volume invoices, purchase orders, 3-way matching batching, and payment transactions accurately and efficiently, review and verify invoice accuracy, approvals, and account coding, reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments, maintain vendor records and ensure W-9 and tax documentation is up to date. This person may assist with month-end closing procedures, including AP accruals and reporting.
