We’re seeking a Temporary Associate Recruiter to support our client’s growing team in Garden Grove. In this role, you’ll help manage the hiring process from start to finish—posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
What You’ll Do:
Post job listings on various platforms
Source candidates through databases and social media
Conduct initial phone screens
Schedule interviews and manage calendars
Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency (especially email and MS Office)
1–2 years of recruiting or administrative experience preferred
Friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented
