Job Title: Hospitality Services Coordinator
Contract: Temporary
Location: Mount Pleasant, SC
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Hospitality Services Coordinator. This role supports a professional law firm environment, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and customer service. The ideal candidate will be personable, professional, and able to provide a high level of client care.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Pay rate: $17.02 /hr – $21.56 /hr

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and stock kitchen areas
  • Set up and clean up meeting rooms
  • Manage supply rooms and conference spaces
  • Assist with mail handling, print/copy/scan operations, and printer fleet management
  • Lift items up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a legal or office services setting preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, postage machines)
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to varying tasks
  • Basic knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and electronics preferred
