Temporary coverage: 4 weeks, possible extension
Join our team as a Mail Associate, where you’ll play a key role in keeping mail operations efficient and organized. If you have mail handling experience and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
-Sort, process, and distribute mail and packages
-Operate postage machines and ensure accurate postage
-Maintain records and follow security protocols
-Assist with document preparation and imaging tasks
-Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks
What We’re Looking For:
-Mail experience required
-High school diploma or equivalent
-1+ year of customer service or office experience preferred
-Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and DHL postage systems
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and multitask in a fast-paced setting
-Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork
