Join our dynamic employment law firm, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced certified paralegal to support our team of attorneys in delivering top-notch legal solutions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft documents related to employment law cases.
Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions.
Manage case files and maintain organized records.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and coordinate schedules.
Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.
Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling and calendar management.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the firm’s operations.
Qualifications:
Certified paralegal with a minimum of 1 years of experience in employment law.
Strong understanding of employment law and legal procedures.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
