Do you thrive in fast-paced legal environments, love getting into the details of discovery, and have a passion for supporting litigation teams from case inception through trial? We’re looking for a Litigation Paralegal to play a pivotal role in high-stakes matters and complex e-discovery, all while working side-by-side with top attorneys and professionals.
What You’ll Do:
- Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediation, trial, and hearings
- Draft, edit, and organize key legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery responses
- Prepare timelines, summaries, and exhibits for client meetings and court proceedings
- Track and manage discovery materials, exhibits, and court-filed documents
- Manage and implement cost-effective e-discovery workflows including data preservation, collection, and culling
- Collaborate with attorneys on search terms and production strategies using platforms like Relativity or IPRO
- Liaise with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and organization of litigation materials
- Oversee electronic data storage, document productions, and troubleshooting of technical issues
What You Bring:
- Paralegal Certificate required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience (ideally in complex or business litigation)
- Expert knowledge of civil procedure and litigation timelines
- Strong command of e-discovery tools (Relativity, IPRO, etc.) and litigation databases
- Experience with Westlaw Precision and Westlaw Co-Counsel a plus
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal tech tools, and collaborative platforms
- Impeccable organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities
