We are looking for a friendly Customer Service Representative with order processing experience! This Customer Service Rep will provide exceptional customer service to our customers. Duties will range from answering calls, responding to emails, processing orders, following up, answering questions, troubleshooting, tracking shipments, upselling, assisting with other projects, etc.

Responsibilities:
· Take phone/email orders.
· Call past-due accounts and collect payments
· Provide support to the sales team and management
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone & email in a timely manner and communicate closely with internal department
· Follow up on customer requests to ensure a high level of customer service
· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
* 1+ year of office, order processing, or customer service experience required
* Bilingual Mandarin or Spanish preferred
* Experience with ERP systems preferred
* Manufacturing or wholesale experience highly preferred
* College degree preferred
