Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Processor II to support our Payments Operations Group as we prepare for industry-wide ISO and Fedwire changes. This role involves following strict operational procedures for the preparation, handling, and processing of payments—including repairing and verifying lower-valued transactions. Ideal candidates will have prior payments experience and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process, repair, and verify payment transactions in alignment with detailed procedures and compliance standards.
Support payment operations as part of the ISO/Fedwire modernization initiatives.
Accurately navigate multiple systems and applications to search for and input relevant data.
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet operational deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily workflow and problem resolution.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong ability to follow detailed, standardized procedures.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proven success in a high-volume, production-driven environment.
Comfortable navigating multiple system windows and using search tools effectively.
Preferred Experience:
Payments industry background (e.g., Wires, ACH, Payment Investigations).
