This Accounts Payable Specialist Position Features:

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing a high volume of inventory and operational invoices (500+ daily) using 3-way matching, ensuring accurate coding to General Ledger accounts. This role involves resolving discrepancies with sourcing teams, preventing duplicate payments with regional counterparts, and maintaining professional vendor communication. Additional duties include managing the AP ledger, vendor master file, generating reports, assisting with month-end close, preparing bank reconciliations, and supporting ad-hoc finance tasks. Candidates should have 2–4+ years of AP or finance experience, be proficient in Excel and ERP systems like NetSuite or Oracle, and excel in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and adaptability. Retail experience is a plus.
