We are seeking a reliable, customer service–oriented Facility Associate to join our team in Fayetteville, AR. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is interested in a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.
Location: 1580 W Mitchell St, Fayetteville, AR 72701
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Dress Code: Business Casual
Driving Required: No (but may be required if converted to permanent)
Parking Pass Provided

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct customer service through deliveries and completing courier routes (walking)
- Meter mail and log accountable packages using tracking applications
- Handle general office maintenance and janitorial tasks
- Restock supplies and maintain clean and organized office areas
- Assist with conference room and meeting setups
- Conduct light maintenance (changing bulbs, light carpentry, patching and painting, etc.)
- Perform general clerical tasks, including mail services, faxing, copying, and sorting
- Distribute office supplies and documents throughout the building
- Support shipping and receiving duties
- Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of related experience in customer service, maintenance, or office support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable with technology and tracking applications
- Must be dependable, professional, and a team player
- Able to lift, stand, and walk frequently throughout the shift
- Valid driver’s license may be required if converted to a permanent role
