Cold Header Operator in the aerospace industry is responsible for operating and maintaining cold heading machines to form metal fasteners and components through a forging process.
1 year of previous experience required with:
-Setting up and operating cold heading machines to shape aerospace fasteners according to precise specifications.

-Monitoring production quality to ensure components meet industry standards and tolerances.

-Troubleshooting and adjusting equipment to optimize performance and minimize defects.

-Conducting routine inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

-Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

-Collaborating with engineers and quality control teams to improve production efficiency.
