We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist with a strong background in payroll administration to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting employees and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and regulations.

Position Overview:
The Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with federal and state labor laws. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Paylocity and possess the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration:

Process bi-weekly payroll for insert number employees using Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.

Manage payroll-related tasks, including overtime calculations, wage garnishments, bonuses, manual payments, tax filings, and rate adjustments.

Conduct timecard audits to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Stay current on labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance standards.

HR Compliance & Policy Administration:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Benefits Administration:

Oversee benefits enrollment, address employee inquiries, and assist with claims or escalations.

Administer pay structures, employee benefits programs, and 401(k) plans, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Manage and track leaves of absence, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Employee Relations & Support:

Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related issues.

Assist in conflict resolution and support performance management processes.

Conduct training sessions in both English and Spanish to develop employee skills and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of insert number years of experience in human resources, with a focus on payroll administration.

Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.

Proficiency in Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms.

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
