PAY: $24.08 DOE
SHIFT: Mon-Fri, 8am-430pm
LOCATION: 100% on site in Gardena

NEED GOOD EXCEL

  • Must have industry experience – Freight Forwarding
  • Experience to include how to dispatch cargo
  • Excellence attendance required

TYPE: Temp for up to 11 full months – two permanent staff are leaving so they will consider our temps for eventual perm

DUTIES:
Coordinate shipments
Arrange pickup and delivery for inland transportation
Track the shipment to ensure it has reached the final destination
Responsible for audit compliance with regulations
Obtain and create quotes for shipments and source best method of transportation
Supports local sales efforts with timely responses to emails and rate requests
Maintain communications with the customers, carries and vendors
Handles the full process from A-Z
Handling and resolving troubleshooting
Perform other duties as assigned
