Position: Financial Services Transition Specialist – Securities Operations Representative 2
Pay: $21 per hour, plus travel expenses, paid travel time, and eligibility for overtime.
Location: Saint Louis, MO

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Willingness to TRAVEL UP TO 50% of the time for onsite transitions, which can range from 2 to 4 weeks depending on project size and complexity (you can travel home on weekends).
  • Support operations remotely from home when not on a transition. You may be asked to go to the local office as needed.

Job Overview:
This is a travel-oriented role where you will support transitions both remotely and onsite. The transitions vary in length and complexity, and you’ll be working closely with experienced consultants and coordinators to ensure a smooth transition for our clients. Your duties will include assisting financial advisors with account transfers, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and support financial advisors, providing both remote and onsite assistance.
  • Manage account transfers and new client account setups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues.
  • Liaise with team members to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Produce reports and maintain documentation.
  • Support operational improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in project support, teaching/training, or related activities.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in the financial services sector or similar roles.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with financial systems like Salesforce is a plus.
