Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Thousand Oaks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong AP background and an interest in property management.

Requirements:

3–5 years of recent accounts payable experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience in property management is highly preferred

Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus

Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and payments

Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Maintain accurate AP records and documentation

Assist with month-end close activities

Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues
