We are seeking a Fleet Operations Specialist with at least five years of experience in fleet management, supervision, vehicle purchasing, or maintenance approval. The role involves managing vehicle acquisitions, working with commercial dealerships (Ford, GM, Stellantis), and coordinating with upfit vendors for cargo vans, pickup trucks, and utility body trucks. Candidates should be familiar with factory orders, dealership inventory, and adding new dealers in growth markets. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance programs, identifying overdue services, supporting drivers with repair issues, evaluating high-cost repairs, and applying for warranty support. The position also requires regular use of platforms such as WEX for fuel, Wheels for maintenance, Nextraq for GPS tracking, and Samba for MVR monitoring. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general computer navigation is essential.
