On behalf of our client, we are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to act as a primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong computer proficiency and excellent communication skills are essential.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is also required to effectively communicate with the diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
– Provide accurate, helpful, and courteous information about products and services.
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to established procedures.
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
– Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed.
– Identify and suggest potential improvements to customer service processes.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
– 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
– Demonstrated strong computer skills and the ability to navigate various software applications.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
– Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
– Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
– Excellent active listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
– Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
