Immediate need for an Event Assistant/ warehouse assistant, to assist the Events department, must know google sheets, google docs- inventory tracking, managing calendar, monitor shipments, adaptable, able to pivot in between events, on feet 80%, lifting, switch from office admin work to warehouse work, must have excellent communication skills. want someone who is passionate about their mission. great opportunity if interested in event planning. This year they have had 11 events and have several more scheduled, and they need someone who is up for the challenge. normally they have 3-5 major events each year. Communication, attention to detail, computer skills and physical labor will be the most important for this role. People out of retail would relate to this type or work.
