General Warehouse Responsibilities (Inbound/Outbound)
Receive, count, and record incoming shipments.
Match packing lists with actual merchandise and prepare items for storage.
Pack, unpack, and label stock using electronic tools or labeling equipment.
Identify and report incorrect or short-shipped items.
Verify inventory counts and inspect stock for damage or defects.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and encourage team compliance.
Perform tasks under general supervision with regular quality checks.

Physical Requirements:

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Stand for extended periods (60+ minutes).
Perform repetitive movements (e.g., bending, squatting, using a 10-key).
Cycle Count Inventory Associate Responsibilities
Perform daily cycle counts and maintain high inventory accuracy.
Track inventory movements and assist with inventory audits.
Research and resolve stock discrepancies.
Conduct targeted inventory audits and reconcile physical vs. system records.
Support warehouse projects and assist in receiving/picking as needed.
Communicate with internal teams regarding inventory levels and issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with warehouse tools and equipment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to read and understand written instructions and perform basic math.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
