Job Title: Office Services Associate

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Services Associate for a 2-week temporary assignment. This role will support front desk operations and mailroom services, including greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and providing general administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will be professional, customer-focused, and adaptable to a dynamic office environment.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pay rate: $19.85/hr
- Assignment Duration: 2-week temporary assignment
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and mailroom areas
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper telephone etiquette
- Support office tasks using MS Office and basic computer skills
- Lift and move packages up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Assist with additional office services as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of customer service or office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced office setting
