- Job Title: Customer Care Associate

- End Date: September 30, 2025
- Pay Rate: $18.50–$19.50/hr (based on experience)
- Location:4545 East River Road, Suite 220 Rochester, NY
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

??? Job Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat as an extension of our clients.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Use up to 10 internal systems to research and respond to questions.
- Document conversations accurately and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet daily performance metrics while delivering exceptional service.
- Educate customers on processes and provide value-added assistance.

? Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus).
- 1+ years in a customer service or contact center role required.
- Industry experience in tax, banking, mortgage, or real estate is a plus.
- Strong computer skills – able to use multiple systems and type 35+ WPM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Must be organized, dependable, and able to adhere to a structured schedule.
- Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with accuracy.
