Our established company is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist who is willing to go the extra mile to engage customers. The best customer service representatives are patient, empathetic, and eager to help customers. They are great communicators with active listening skills and proficient with providing accurate information and appropriate solutions. They are skilled problem solvers, who are confident with investigating issues in order to resolve customer complaints. As a CSS, the primary goal is to ensure excellent service standards by responding efficiently to customer inquiries. CSS’s must be capable of managing high volume calls and email correspondence, keeping records of customer interactions, processing orders, updating customer accounts, coordinating shipments, and assisting with invoicing as needed. In order to be successful in this position, candidates must be able to adapt/respond to different types of characters in order to build sustainable relationships with customer accounts and provide excellent customer service.
