Job Title: Legal Site Manager
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Cleveland, OH
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Legal Site Manager. The role involves overseeing daily operations in copy, print, mail services, hospitality, and reception. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience in client-facing roles, preferably within a legal environment. Mail and print operations are trainable. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Pay rate: $26/hr
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in copy, print, mail services, hospitality, and reception
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and experience in client-facing roles
- Preferred experience working in a legal environment
- Mail and print operations are trainable; prior experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience (B2B and/or technical)
- 2+ years of managerial experience preferred
- 3–5 years of customer-facing experience required
- Strong technical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present to medium-sized groups
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
