We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in preparing cases, conducting legal research, and managing client communications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research on Lemon Law statutes and regulations. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Assist in case management and maintain detailed case files. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts. Prepare trial materials and assist during hearings. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field. Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, with a focus on Lemon Law preferred. Strong understanding of Lemon Law and consumer protection regulations.
