Join our dynamic support team as a Remote Help Desk & Student Services Support where you’ll be trained to use our ticketing system and provide Tier-1 technical support as well as assist students with admissions, registration, financial aid, and more.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll provide assistance via phone, email, and chat to users experiencing issues with:
IT & Technical Support: Password resets, printer setup, break/fix troubleshooting, and Learning Management System (LMS) support

Key Responsibilities:

Triage and prioritize incoming requests using the designated ticketing system
Guide users through problem-solving steps using knowledge base and training resources
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/Tier 3 or supervisors
Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions and resolutions
Produce help desk reports and performance documentation
Follow call scripts and schedules as published in workforce management systems

What You Bring:

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and active listening skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS and Office Suite
Familiarity with hardware/software troubleshooting and general IT concepts
Experience in a call center/help desk or higher education setting is a plus
Familiarity with LMS systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard) and CompTIA certifications
